Reset Forgotten Password

 Select Sign In from the home screen. Enter your email address and click Forgot Password.

2)       Enter your email address. Click on the Captcha and click Submit.

3)    Check your phone for a text message from IronClad Family

    4) Enter the verification code, the captcha and click Submit. You should see the following screen if you entered the code correctly. 

5) Look for an email from IronClad Family Titled: “IronClad Family: Forgot Password”

Click on the reset password link provided.

6)   Please pay attention to this very important next step. IronClad Family will present you with a drop down to select one of your recipient questions that you would have previously configured and expects you to enter the answer. It can be any recipient and any question from the dropdown. This is an extra added step for security. 

7)   Enter the Recipient answer.

8)   Enter a new password, confirm the new password and confirm captcha. Click Submit.

9)   Login using your new password
